WHAT IS COVERED

Our guarantee covers manufacturing or craftsmanship defects that may affect the construction or functionality of your piece, including issues with stitching, hardware, closures, straps, or other structural components resulting from the way the product was made.

If you experience an issue that you believe is a craftsmanship defect, please contact us with your order information and photos of the affected area. We will review each case individually and, when applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our guarantee does not cover damage or changes resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, accidents, exposure to water, moisture, heat, chemicals, or other external conditions.

Because leather is a natural material, variations in color, grain, texture, markings, and other characteristics are expected and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

CALF HAIR LEATHER

Calf hair is a natural and delicate material that requires special care. With use, areas exposed to repeated rubbing or friction may experience changes in texture, flattening, or gradual hair loss. These changes are a natural characteristic of calf hair and are considered normal wear rather than a manufacturing defect.

We recommend minimizing repeated friction against clothing and rough surfaces and following the care instructions provided for your piece to help preserve its appearance.

MAKING A GUARANTEE REQUEST

To submit a request under our one-year craftsmanship guarantee, please contact us within one year of the original purchase date with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will determine whether the issue is covered under the guarantee and the most appropriate solution. Proof of purchase may be required.

Our guarantee applies only to authentic Made in Neptune products purchased directly from Made in Neptune or an authorized retail partner.
